2. Product Returns: You may return products within three (3) business days of the original purchase date for a refund, less a 15% restocking and/or administration fee provided that the products have not been opened, damaged or used. Refunds will also not be given after the start or commencement of any event. After the three day period, no refunds will be issued. If a product is found to be damaged or defective within (10) business days it may be returned for a replacement. Allow at least thirty (30) days for processing any qualified refund.
3. Program refunds: After registering for a program, You have (3) business days to cancel and receive a full refund. After the three day period, no refunds will be issued. All requests for a refund must be in writing and delivered by mail or e-mail. Voicemail or verbal correspondence do not constitute a written cancellation notice. All program times, dates, locations, content, and number of attendees are subject to change without refund, including but not limited to using recorded or digital material in lieu of a live event. You Drive U, Inc. reserves the right to reverse any purchase, via refund, for any You Dive U, Inc. Offerings or participants.
